Luisa Tortolano Barreto is a senior associate in the Power, Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the São Paulo office.

Luisa is focused on infrastructure projects with an emphasis on the power sector. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts related to project implementation (such as EPC/EPCM, owner's engineering, operation and maintenance, equipment supply), power purchase agreements and advice on regulatory issues, as well as coordination of projects within the power sector, especially mergers and acquisitions, including the coordination of due diligences.
