A seasoned litigator and trial lawyer, Justin Wolosz has extensive experience developing innovative and efficient strategies to help clients navigate some of the most sophisticated and novel business disputes in Massachusetts and across the nation.

For more than two decades, Justin has acted as a true partner for clients ranging from individuals to corporate executives and Fortune 500 companies. He counsels clients through all phases of complex disputes, from pre-litigation negotiations through litigation, trial, arbitration and appeals.

Justin’s practice covers a diverse range of commercial litigation disputes. His matters touch on all flavors of contract and tort claims; consumer protection violations; False Claims Act investigations and litigation; wrongful terminations; unfair competition claims; and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act violations. He has particular experience defending clients in consumer class actions in both federal and state court, as well as large multi-district litigation matters. Additionally, Justin helps clients navigate complex state-court litigation before the Massachusetts Business Litigation Session and other state courts.
