Daniel has a Law Degree from the Universidad de Lima (2008), obtaining the highest honors Summa Cum Laude. Also, he has a Specialization in Criminal Law from the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires (2010) and has completed a Master's Degree from the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires (2021). He also has a Specialization in “Crime Theory in Cases”, organized by the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires in conjunction with the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the University of Barcelona (2022) and a Specialization in Compliance Officer and the New ISO 37301-2021 Standard by Thomson Reuters (2023). His research works have been published in Peruvian and Latin American journals.
