Her professional practice focuses on advising national and foreign companies and public entities onregulation and contracting. She has significant experience in mining, participating in planning and obtaining permits atall stages of a mining project and its implementation in exploration, exploitation-beneficiation, and mine closure. On thecommercial and contractual side, Xennia has extensive experience in negotiations for the acquisition of mining projectsand/or companies; due diligence; financing; designing simple and complex contractual structures; as well as contractsrelated to ancillary activities, including negotiations with rural communities for land use and other matters, and litigationsupport. Regarding environmental matters, she advises on the preparation of Environmental Studies; during theconstruction and production stages of industrial activities; and in supervision, oversight, and sanctioning procedures.
