His professional practice focuses on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions of private and listed companies, in various industries of the economy, representing both sellers and buyers. He has participated in several corporate transactions involving acquisitions and corporate reorganizations, corporate financings, project financings and structuring of guarantees. In addition, his professional experience focuses on the establishment of foreign investments with a focus on Asia-Pacific, designing legal structures that allow the development of their businesses in Peru.
