Counsel at PPU. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on matters related to competition law and economic regulation. He has been recognized by Chambers and Partners, Global Competition Review, and Who’s Who Legal as a leading lawyer in this field.

In the area of competition law, he has represented and advised Chilean and foreign companies, as well as government entities, in a significant number of investigations conducted by the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (Fiscalía Nacional Económica – FNE) and proceedings before the Chilean Competition Tribunal (Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia – TDLC). He also has extensive experience advising companies on merger control matters.

Pablo Pardo regularly prepares legal opinions and expert reports on issues related to economic regulation, requested by companies operating across a wide range of industries, as well as by government entities.

He is currently a professor of civil law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, which complements his active practice as a litigator in damages actions arising from anticompetitive conduct and sector‑specific regulatory infringements.
