Career

Claudia is a lawyer specializing in Commercial Law, with a Diploma in International Law from England, bilingual, and with 19 years of experience in advising and leading legal areas in operating companies dedicated to the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons and minerals in Colombia and other countries. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Energy Regulation at the Externado University of Colombia. Claudia has extensive knowledge in negotiating and drafting industry contracts, as well as their representation and administration before various public entities. Her experience has been developed in the oil, mining, and energy sector, as well as in law firms in the corporate areas. Within his career, Shee has provided legal advice on international transactions with entities in the energy sector, including the purchase, spin-off, and merger of foreign and domestic companies; financing with international bank loans, the issuance of private bonds and the structuring of companies with assets in energy projects in the Toronto Stock Exchange.
