Álvaro is a founding partner at the Firm, where he leads the litigation, tax law, and corporate law practice areas.

Álvaro has extensive experience advising Colombian and international clients on asset purchase and sale transactions, cross-border deals, and tax planning, among other matters.

Recognized for his extensive experience in corporate and tax matters, as well as his outstanding track record as a litigator, he advises numerous Colombian and international clients, including airlines and companies in the aviation sector, on tax, foreign exchange, and corporate issues.

His practice is characterized by providing strategic solutions focused on risk management and conflict prevention.
