Federico is an attorney with over four years of professional experience. He advises companies on the structuring of international transactions, structured financing, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. His practice centers on drafting and reviewing domestic and international contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations while balancing legal and commercial interests to mitigate risks and support effective business execution.

He has counseled corporations and financial entities in complex insolvency proceedings before Colombia’s Superintendency of Companies. Federico currently serves as a teaching assistant in the Economics and Law course at Universidad del Rosario.
