Director

Daniela is the director of corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) at the Firm.

Daniela advises both Colombian and international companies on corporate matters, focusing her practice on corporate law and cross-border M&A transactions.

She is an expert in personal data protection regulations and in the incorporation and structuring of companies in different industry sectors in Colombia, including obtaining registrations, licenses, and regulatory compliance before the competent authorities. Her practice is distinguished by combining technical precision with a strategic vision focused on efficiency and legal risk mitigation.

Law degree from Universidad del Rosario (2017). Master I in International Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2015).
