She has over 15 years of experience providing advice on compliance with customs regulations in foreign trade and exchange operations, World Trade Organization legislation, trade defense measures, foreign trade promotion mechanisms, customs benefits, customs and exchange litigation, actions before the Customs Administration, international investments, and external debt.

Diana worked in the Customs and Foreign Trade departments of two of the "Big Four" firms and has extensive experience advising major companies across all sectors of the economy, structuring transactions in customs, foreign trade, and international exchange matters. She was part of the team that achieved the imposition of anti-dumping duties on cylindrical metal drums originating from the Republic of Chile.

Education

Diana joined the firm in 2013 and is the Associate Director of the Foreign Trade, Customs Law, and International Exchange Department. She is a lawyer from Universidad del Norte, a specialist in Customs Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a candidate for a Master's degree at the University of London (International Program).
