Vanessa joined the firm in October 2021 and currently serves as an Associate Director, leading the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) practice.

Vanessa has over twelve years of experience working in law firms, advising multinational companies and startups on mergers and acquisitions in Colombia and multiple jurisdictions, securing financing in investment rounds, as well as handling commercial and corporate matters. Thanks to her extensive experience, Vanessa stands out for providing legal advice that combines deep legal knowledge with strategic business analysis and a practical approach.

She is a lawyer from Universidad del Norte, holds a specialization in Commercial Law from the same university, and completed a Master's in Legal Tech at IE in Spain, with support from Reichman University in Israel.

She has been recognized in prominent international directories such as The Legal 500 and, in 2025, was distinguished as Colombia's Rising Star Lawyer of the Year for M&A (Mid-Market) by The Legal 500.
