Tony focuses on mergers and acquisitions, investment funds and financial regulations.  He also has substantial exposure to IPOs, corporate finance and HKEX Listing Rules compliance. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody CWL, he worked as senior legal counsel in a large corporation whose group was listed in the U.S., mainland China and Hong Kong.
