Position

Keith Feigenbaum advises clients on a broad range of federal contracts and grant, international trade, and national security matters.

Keith draws on extensive military and government experience to guide government contractors, defense companies, and technology clients through complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance challenges involving:

  • All aspects of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FAR supplements, and non-FAR-based acquisitions
  • Mergers and acquisitions involving national security considerations
  • Export controls and international trade compliance, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • Foreign ownership, control, and influence (FOCI)
  • Cybersecurity and supply chain security
  • Bid protests and government contract disputes
  • Suspension and debarment proceedings
  • National Industrial Security Program matters

Keith regularly counsels aerospace and defense companies on designing and implementing compliance programs and conducting internal investigations to ensure compliance with federal security requirements.

Before joining Latham, Keith was counsel at two other global law firms. Prior to that, he served in the US Defense Logistics Agency’s Office of General Counsel and the US Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he advised on procurement, contract and fiscal law, and international law.
