Steve Barr is counsel in the Finance Department. He regularly represents leading commercial and investment banks in the syndicated loan markets. Steve's primary practice involves the structuring and syndication of senior credit facilities, including acquisition, recapitalization, bridge, working capital and other domestic, cross-border and multicurrency financings. His clients include several global financial institutions.
