Kevin Fingeret is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Kevin is a member of the Finance Department, as well as a member and former Global Co-Chair of the Structured Finance Practice.

Kevin has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions, issuers, borrowers, and sponsors in a variety of structured finance and securitization transactions.

Kevin focuses on the securitization of esoteric and operating assets. His experience includes structured finance transactions and securitizations involving wholesale and retail data centers, music and media royalties, cell towers (and cell tower sites), broadcast towers, logistics facilities, billboards, rental car fleets, aircraft, railcars, and net leases.
