Caroline Reckler, a nationally recognized bankruptcy lawyer, advises debtors around the world on all aspects of restructuring and special situations.

Caroline regularly advises public and private companies in financial distress and purchasers of distressed companies. Specifically, she helps clients navigate:

• Prepackaged, prearranged, and involuntary bankruptcies

She is a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy. A recognized leader of the firm, Caroline has previously served as Global Vice Chair of the Restructuring Practice, Global Chair for the firm's WEB initiative, Chair of the Chicago office’s Finance Department, and as the firm's Chicago office recruiting partner.
