Sonja combines extensive bank financing experience with efficiency-fueled process to guide clients through all aspects of:

  • Asset-based and cash-flow loans
  • Liability management transactions

With an emphasis on the middle market, she tailors strategies to meet clients objectives, including for securing the best terms and mitigating execution risk.
