Teresa Ella Wendel is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Teresa focuses on corporate and transactional work, including capital markets transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, start-ups, and joint ventures.

Teresa's work encompasses a number of industries including, among others, financial services (private equity and insurance), retail and consumer products, technology, and fintech.

In the financial services sector, Teresa regularly works with large P&C and life and health insurers and reinsurers on all corporate and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Teresa was a legal counsel at a large international organization focusing on public international transactions, and policy matters.
