Andrea represents US and non-US corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies as well as private equity and venture capital funds with respect to tax matters pertaining to domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations as well as financings, initial public offerings (including Up-C and SPAC transactions), divestitures, and other restructuring transactions.
