Position
Clément Fricaudet focuses his practice on infrastructure, energy, and public law matters. He represents sponsors, investors, public authorities, and lenders in connection with the development, financing, and operation of large-scale projects across France and internationally.
Clément has extensive experience advising on the full lifecycle of major infrastructure projects, from structuring and regulatory approvals through financing, construction, and operation. His practice spans the energy, transport, telecommunications, and digital infrastructure sectors.
His energy practice includes advising on offshore wind, nuclear, hydrogen, and gas transmission projects, as well as renewable energy regulatory matters. In the transport sector, he has advised on high-speed rail, motorway, and airport projects. He also has significant experience in digital infrastructure, including data centers and fiber networks.
Clément also advises on public procurement, public property, state‑owned entities, and State aid matters. His regulatory expertise complements his transactional work and allows him to guide clients through complex administrative frameworks.
In addition to his transactional practice, Clément represents clients in strategic disputes arising from infrastructure projects and regulatory proceedings.
