Craig Minerva is an antitrust and competition partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Craig advises clients across all aspects of civil antitrust matters with a focus on leading clients through high-stakes, multinational transaction reviews. He previously led merger reviews at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he was in charge of several high-profile merger challenges. For his achievements at DOJ, he was awarded both the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award and the Assistant Attorney General Award.
