Paul Rezvani is an experienced finance partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Paul advises global private equity firms, their portfolio companies, hedge funds, asset managers, alternative capital sources and other private and public companies on their most complex financing transactions. He has led some of the largest and most notable recent transactions in industries including software, technology, industrials and healthcare.

Paul also has experience structuring and leading high stakes and novel liability management transactions and other in- and out-of-court restructurings.
