Chadé Severin is an M&A partner in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Chadé’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies primarily in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and technology industries. She has advised boards of directors on many transactions involving controlling stakeholders, both on behalf of the controlled company and the controller.
