Matthew Bettinger is a real estate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advises clients in connection with commercial real estate finance. Matthew has served as an adviser for investment funds, real estate investment trusts, insurance companies and banks on a variety of financing transactions. He has extensive experience in the origination, syndication and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine term and construction financings.
