Rami Sherman is a technology & IP transactions partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rami works with the M&A practice on technology, intellectual property and complex commercial aspects of corporate transactions. He also represents clients in connection with strategic commercial agreements such as joint ventures, licenses and collaborations. Rami’s experience spans a variety of industries, particularly life sciences, software and consumer products.
