Elliott Davis is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on complex legal issues at the trial and appellate stages. He has been the primary author of dozens of appellate briefs filed throughout the country, and has argued and won before the Tenth Circuit, the New York Appellate Division, a three-judge federal district court and several federal and state trial courts nationwide.
