Mr. Rowan's practice is international; he has advised and represented both owners and contractors on many projects around the world, including in Africa, the Americas, Asia, China, Europe and the Middle East, with a particular focus on the industrial, oil and gas, power (conventional and renewable) and transport/infrastructure sectors.
