Lisa Bugni is a partner in the firm's Securities and Shareholder Litigation practice. Her practice focuses on a variety of securities litigation matters and other complex commercial and business-related litigation. Ms. Bugni has experience in securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative suits, M&A litigation, appraisal actions, and post-closing transaction disputes.

Ms. Bugni is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association.
