Enrico Granata is a partner in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Corporate, group, with a significant focus on energy, power, and infrastructure M&A and private equity. Enrico represents private equity sponsors, infrastructure funds, corporate clients, and other investors in complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and other strategic transactions across the energy and power sectors.

Mr. Granata has acted for buyers, sellers, and targets in mergers, tender offers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures (often in competitive auction contexts), joint ventures, and restructuring transactions, frequently with a significant cross-border dimension. He has broad M&A and PE experience across regulated and non-regulated industries.
