Associate

Candice Zheng is an Associate in the Corporate practice in the New York office. Her practice focuses on representing corporate clients and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, equity financings, joint venture arrangements and other corporate matters in a wide range of industries including energy and infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, Candice earned a JD/MBA dual degree at Cornell University and externed for Chief Judge Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
