Dana Rosenfeld has a particular emphasis on online, mobile, and social media advertising and privacy law. A former assistant director of the Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection and attorney advisor to FTC Chairman Robert Pitofsky, she draws from her experience in government to achieve successful outcomes for clients facing complex privacy, data security, and consumer protection investigations by the FTC, the CFPB, and state Attorneys General. She serves as Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section’s Privacy and Information Security Committee.
