David heads the direct real estate team in London.  He has advised clients for more than 30 years on complex real estate developments and investments in most sectors including student accommodation, build to rent, office, retail, industrial, leisure, hospitality, and health care. Over the last decade he has primarily advised private equity funded developers in connection with urban regeneration schemes often involving major infrastructure.
