Laura Pembridge has more than 15 years of experience advising on private equity, venture capital, M&A, real estate private equity, and other private capital transactions. Laura acts for private equity funds, investment managers, institutional investors, and other financial institutions on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, equity investments, capital raisings, and joint ventures.

Laura assists clients with their transactions globally, with significant experience in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. She regularly works on complex cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on private equity and real estate private equity investments.
