Piero Carbone focuses on cross-border corporate transactions, particularly in the area of private equity. He advises private equity firms on a range of transactions, including mid-market and large leveraged buyouts, public-to-private (P2P) transactions, buy-and-build transactions, and reorganizations.

Piero also advises private credit funds and other private capital solutions funds managers on their debt and structured investments.

 Piero has extensive experience working with U.S. and European private equity firms and fund managers from a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, life science, real estate, technology, hospitality, and consumer goods.
