Practice Leader Private Equity

Michael Earley is co-leader of Private Equity for the Firm's Corporate Practice. For more than 20 years, he has advised fund sponsors, institutional investors, and investment advisors around the globe on a broad range of matters across multiple asset classes, including buyout, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and venture capital. Michael provides strategic advice to private fund sponsors on fund formation, internal structuring, governance, and compensation matters. He also has experience working on M&A transactions involving the sale and minority investments in investment advisory businesses for both sponsors and institutional investors. Michael's work with institutional investors includes work on primary investments, co-investments, direct investments, and secondary transactions.
