Carolyn A. Woodson is a partner in Jones Day’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Firm’s global construction practice. She represents clients enmeshed in disputes on construction projects in court and ADR forums. Carolyn advises both public and private owners, contractors, and design professionals on a diverse range of projects, including public transportation and infrastructure, energy facilities, commercial and retail developments, multi-unit residential communities, and educational institutions.
