Bayley Johnson is a labor and employment associate at Jones Day, where she leverages her experience in traditional labor, administrative agency litigation, and employment litigation to help employers navigate complex labor and employment matters.

Bayley's practice focuses especially on traditional labor matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and the Railway Labor Act (RLA). She brings a business-oriented approach to representing clients in high-stakes labor relations matters and partners with clients across all industries, including manufacturing, railroad, media and telecommunications, technology, banking and finance, entertainment and event production, food and agriculture, oil and gas, and transportation industries. Her depth of experience in traditional labor matters includes collective bargaining, grievance management, labor arbitration proceedings, unfair labor practice proceedings, union organizing, strike contingency planning, strike injunction proceedings, and labor management relations counseling. She regularly represents clients before American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) arbitrators and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
