As co-leader of the Firm's global Construction Practice (Chambers USA Construction Practice of the Year in 2017), Dan McMillan represents owners, design professionals, and contractors in large construction disputes and in negotiating and drafting project contracts. Dan has been involved in cutting edge issues confronting the construction industry throughout his career, having litigated the first case to result in a published decision concerning disputes review boards. He is a frequent speaker and writer on issues of interest to the construction industry and the legal profession. The Daily Journal recognized Dan as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in California (2019).
