With 40 years’ restructuring and distressed investing experience, Corinne anchors the European Distress Investing Initiatives, work for WL Ross, the Oi cases, the Sempra/Oncor and Takata takeovers, Detroit, Chrysler, Dana, USM, FGIC, etc. She is a fellow and has served as a director in the American College of Bankruptcy and is a member of the International Institute on Insolvency. Corinne has received the following accolades: the New York Law Journal’s Lifetime Achievement Award, The National Law Journal's "Most Influential Lawyer of the Decade in Bankruptcy & Restructuring," The American Lawyer's "Dealmaker of the Year," Crain's New York Business' "Notable Women in Law," the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation's "Woman of the Year in Restructuring," M&A Advisor's "Outstanding Achievements in Restructuring,” M&A Advisor’s Hall of Fame and Turnaround Management Association's "International Turnaround Company of the Year."
