Anna Dwyer focuses her practice on complex commercial real estate matters, including financing, leasing, acquisition, disposition, and management of real estate assets throughout the United States. She is experienced in working with mixed-use, retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and unimproved real estate. Anna has represented public and private institutions, national lenders, and investors in the energy, education, banking, finance, food/agriculture, and hospitality/recreation sectors in connection with structuring, documenting, and negotiating various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and in public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects.
