Kit Rockhill co-leads the Firm's Energy Transition & Infrastructure Initiative. She has counseled clients on domestic and international energy and infrastructure transactions ranging from specialized asset acquisitions, a multibillion-dollar liquefied natural gas (LNG) export project to behind the meter data center power solutions and supply agreements. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, project development, joint ventures, and strategic transactions, primarily for energy, infrastructure and data center industry participants.
