Mark Biggar's practice focuses on real estate finance, representing private capital providers, debt funds, national banks, and other financial institutions in the origination, workout, and restructuring of complex real estate loans — secured and unsecured.

Clients for which Mark regularly works include private credit funds and national banking institutions.

Mark is an active community member and outdoorsman, sitting on the board of Urban Squash Cleveland and the Ohio Advisory Board of the Trust for Public Land.
