Megan McKeown focuses her practice on policing, defending, and enforcing intellectual property rights, including in the areas of trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, copyright, false advertising, and unfair business practices.

Megan manages domestic and international trademark portfolios and counsels clients on the use and enforcement of trademarks. She regularly represents clients in trademark infringement and false advertising litigation in federal court and in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She also represents clients in Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
