Amanda Dollinger represents financial institutions and other companies in high-stakes litigation, government investigations, and state and federal enforcement actions. Her practice focuses on matters involving fair access to banking, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) inquiries, and antitrust allegations.

Amanda counsels clients through all phases of state and federal investigations—from initial inquiries and subpoenas to multistate coordination and resolution.  Amanda also works closely with senior executives and in-house counsel to evaluate evolving regulatory and enforcement priorities, advising on enterprise-wide approaches to policy development, public facing communications, and risk management frameworks tailored to complex political and regulatory environments.
