Sarah Geers represents major pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across the spectrum of high-stakes intellectual property litigation, including inter partes and post-grant review proceedings at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and patent infringement actions and trade secret actions in district court. She has litigated more than 50 Hatch-Waxman cases, close to 20 PTAB cases, multiple arbitrations, and a billion-dollar jury trial, among other life sciences matters.
