Cristina Pérez Soto is an experienced trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing companies in high-profile litigation in federal and state courts. A first-chair trial lawyer, Cristina regularly advises and defends companies across industries in complex commercial disputes, consumer class actions, and related regulatory proceedings. Cristina also has experience defending mass arbitrations. She has extensive experience in preparing and developing litigation defense strategy in challenging jurisdictions.
