Brian Easley has more than 35 years of experience representing employers in complex labor and employment matters, with a focus on labor management relations. Brian represents employers in multiple industry sectors, including manufacturing, oil and gas, energy, mining, automotive, aerospace, railroad, transportation, private equity, media, retail, telecommunications, technology, hospitality, financial services, health care, entertainment and construction industries. Brian has successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements on behalf of clients throughout the United States, and regularly advises employers in connection with strike contingency planning and strike response, union organizing and decertification proceedings, unfair labor practice litigation, arbitration proceedings, multi-employer pension and welfare benefits issues and labor litigation. Brian is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Brian has served as management co-chair of the American Bar Association Committee on Practice and Procedure Under the National Labor Relations Act, and is a contributing editor to the labor law treatises The Developing Labor Law, How to Take a Case Before the NLRB and Labor Management Law Answer Book.
