Fabio has more than 18 years of experience in securitisations and complex structured finance transactions. He advises leading international and Italian investment banks, financial institutions and investors on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving sophisticated and innovative structures.

Fabio has significant experience in market-first transactions, including sub-participation structures, inventory and warehouse financings, project finance securitisations, and tailor-made funding solutions across a broad range of asset classes, including residential mortgage loans, SME loans, consumer and salary-backed loans (CQS), trade receivables, NPLs, UTPs, real-estate assets securitisations and tax claims deals. In 2023, he coordinated the team advising on the first two inventory financing securitisations completed in Italy.

Fabio also advises on the regulatory aspects of securitisation transactions, including innovative retention methods and structuring solutions addressing evolving regulatory and market requirements, as well as on litigation and pre-litigation matters relating to securitisations and financing transactions.
