Jean-Gabriel Griboul has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on French and cross-border M&A/PE transactions, as well as on a variety of other corporate matters, including JVs, strategic investments and equity capital market transactions.

Jean-Gabriel represents listed and unlisted companies, entrepreneurs and managers, as well as private equity and corporate investors, with a focus on Tech, Life Sciences and Energy. He has acted as principal lawyer in a significant number of early to late-stage financings (venture & growth capital; buy-out; secondary), stock or asset M&A transactions, initial public offerings, rights issues, private placements and tender offers.
